Judith Beveridge


Judith Beveridge is one of Australia’s most highly regarded poets, the author of four books of poetry. She is the poetry editor of Meanjin. Her collection Wolf Notes (Giramondo, 2003), won both the Victorian Premier’s Award for Poetry and the Queensland Premier’s Judith Wright Calanthe Prize. Her other books include The Domesticity of Giraffes (Black Lightening Press, 1987) and Accidental Grace (UQP, 1996) which have won between them the NSW and Victorian Premiers' awards, the Dame Mary Gilmore Award and the Wesley Michel Wright Award. Judith's latest collection is Storm and Honey, which has just been released by Giramondo.
