For the first time, contemporary Australian poets have threaded new meaning into these historic, famous artworks.

For three performances during Sydney Writers' Festival, audiences were invited to peer through the poetic lens of medieval myth, magic and mystery of The lady and the unicorn. Mirrah, Candy and Scotty invited audiences into an intimate woven world of the tapestries—the first time they have been interpreted through the voices of Australian poets.
