Shadow catchers poetic reflections: Share your poem to join the line up at AGNSW

Shadow catchers-Poets-Red Room Poetry-AGNSW

What can you see beyond the shadows? What’s reflected, refracted, mirrored, invisible?

Red Room Poetry in partnership with the Art Gallery of NSW invites you to rake daylight as one of the commissioned poets for the Shadow catchers exhibition and performance.

Take ekphrastic inspiration by responding to Olive Cotton's The photographer's shadow (1935). Email your original poem (50 lines or less) by 20 March 2020 to shadowcatchers@redroompoetry.org

One poet will be selected by Red Room Poetry and Art Gallery of NSW to join a line-up of renowned poets (David Brooks, Joelistics, Saba Vasefi, Melinda Smith, Ali Whitelock) and perform their work live within the Art After Hours program.
