Zainab Syed
Zainab Syed is a poet, producer and educator. Since graduating from Brown University in 2014, she has been performing & facilitating workshops for schoolchildren, incarcerated women, trauma victims, migrants & refugees across the world. She was a finalist in the 2015 Australian Poetry Slam. In 2016 she co-founded Pakistan Poetry Slam in Pakistan, illUMEnate in Perth, WA and joined the Australian Red Cross as a Humanitarian Observer. Since 2017 she's been working as a Producer at Performing Lines WA.
