Simple sphere of clear
Taints my tongue
With tantalising taste.
Leisurely painting a picture on the floor,
Staining the walls in its wake.
It melts in my mouth,
Eroding away.
Even as the sphere dies away–
It leaves sweetness so satisfying,
Pleasure and peace so pacifying!
I find solace in the simple sphere,
I succumb to the pleasure–
Known as a lollipop.
