A while back we got a gift,
It was magical, powerful,
A protecting goddess,

She waited till we fell asleep,
To save us from our horrid dreams,
And bring in the pleasing,

But she didn’t just do her work by night,
Her beauty was enjoyed anytime,
The fairy godmother, very much admired.
